By accessing or using Chat4Smile.com ("Chat4Smile", "the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Chat4Smile.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of Chat4Smile, including those who access the embedded chat rooms provided through the Site.

Chat4Smile is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By using Chat4Smile, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must immediately leave this website. Users who appear to be minors may be removed from chat rooms without notice.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling their children's internet access and must ensure children do not use Chat4Smile.

Chat4Smile provides a free online chat room directory. The live chat functionality is powered by the CodyChat platform (by Boomcoding), embedded via iframe on our pages. Chat4Smile is a directory and hosting wrapper for these chat rooms — we are not the operator of the underlying CodyChat software.

Chat4Smile is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Chat4Smile — including any embedded chat room — you must not:

• Post, share, or request sexually explicit content of any kind
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share hate speech targeting any individual or group based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Spam, flood, or repeatedly post identical messages
• Advertise, solicit, or promote third-party services, social media accounts, or websites
• Share malware, viruses, phishing links, or malicious code
• Attempt to obtain personal information from other users through deception
• Impersonate another person, brand, or Chat4Smile staff
• Use Chat4Smile for any illegal purpose under applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent any moderation, ban, or technical restriction

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through Chat4Smile's chat rooms. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Chat4Smile reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, remove, or disable access to any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Advertising

Chat4Smile displays advertisements through Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-3979458831488946). These advertisements help us provide the Site free of charge. By using Chat4Smile, you agree to the presence of advertisements. You must not click on advertisements artificially or attempt to manipulate advertising metrics.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Chat4Smile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free from harmful content posted by other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chat4Smile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the embedded chat rooms, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with other users.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
